applied online, initial phone screen with recruiter was actually more difficult than expected and had several interview type questions. the real interview with hiring manager was very brief and was easier than recruiter screening.

It took me over 3 months to hear back from HR after submitting my resume, but the interview was extremely easy and stress free. It was a Skype interview since I didn't live in OK. The interviewer was very nice and easy to get along with as well.
