Meet and greet with TA, interview with hiring manager, IQ and Personality test and then interview with EM+PM+StaffEng. Overall unstructured and casual setup to the actual interviews. They utilize IQ and Personality tests but did not say how they use the result. One drawback was them not being able to provide concrete feedback even after having 3 interviews + Personality/IQ assessments.
