Entretien
The human resource representative called me to set au a time and date for an informal phone interview. She asked me to call at the agreed upon date and time.
I called and then the interview started. She was taking notes during the process.

Question 1
Most of the questions asked were behavioral questions
1) What do you know about the Company
2) What would you do if there are two conflicting deadlines
3) What is your three weakness and strengths
4) Who is your favorite boss and why and who is your most disliked boss and why
5) Why did you leave the last job. On all the previous employers.
6) What is your most recent salary?
And some more questions along these lines.
At the end , asked if I would like to tell more about myself that will help my candidacy
