Application included Cover Letter, Resume and References- all were submitted by email. I was notified they received it and would be scheduling interviews in a bout a week. I was scheduled for an interview and it was very clearly communicated what the next steps would be and when to expect to hear back either way. Excellent communication throughout the process.
