Some rude, some very kind. No coherent approach and direction of recruitment. Felt a bit awkward at times but cool company and smart employees! Some drove a very management consulting vibe.

First round interview was about general fit. Quite standard interview questions were asked and potential next steps were discussed. Second round was a case interview with about an hour to work on it, then present findings.
