The interview process for me consisted of 4 rounds: first a logic and personality test was sent out through email, then I had an interview in person, where the interviewer felt that it was a good talk, so I went on to speak to colleagues from the team in the next interview. Both the team manager and the team were extremely nice and it was nice to talk to them. After these, there was about a week of silence and then the I was contacted through an email suddenly during the night that we should have an interview the next day in the morning. I managed to answer and take part, but not everyone can be this flexible, so I believe this was a too short notice. On this interview the interviewer seemed widely uninterested and wasn't even looking when I gave my answers, seemingly just working away in the background. They gave no replies to my answers and just kept going to the next question, until we finished quite quickly. This round wasn't a good experience. They finished by saying that they have 4 other candidates for this position and will get back to me latest friday night (this was on a thursday). Since then, over a month has passed without any reaction, and they just ignore any e-mail I send them. I assume based on this, that I am no longer being considered for the position, however I feel that it's unacceptable at this stage in the interview process to just ghost the candidate, since it's important for the candidate aswell to know how their future is going to be shaped.
