I applied online through the Northwell website. A recruiter helps you through the process and tells you what the next steps are. A week later they called me for an interview with 5 people from the department. A week after I got an email that I was hired from my recruiter.

Easy process. The manager who interviewed me made me feel comfortable. The process took about 2 weeks in total before I got an offer. Overall it was a smooth process
