The interview process was pretty clear cut. Application submission through Northwell Health's job board, then a phone screening, and then face to face interview. They took about 3 weeks to get back to me after first application submission.

Entretien
It was straight forward. You pretty much need customer service experience and you have to speak well. However, a lot of people knows someone in the company and that is how they even get the interview in MOST cases.

Entretien
It was a quick process - I was hired through a temp agency, flexstaff. The interview process was short and quick - there was only one interview and after hire they connected me with a contract location.
