Typical interview process - phone conversation with a recruiter followed by in person and zoom meetings with human resources staff numerous team members direct reports and supervisors. It took a few months in order to get a response.

Two rounds then no follow up. One on one for first interview, then a panel interview in which 2 of the 4 interviewers were not engaged at all. Disappointed that there was no follow through even after I followed up.
I submitted my resume online and received a form email from HR saying that I was selected for a phone interview. It told me to call the HR person at my convenience. I called and left a VM which was never returned. I called 4 days later and left another VM which was never returned. Highly unprofessional. Even if they called me at this point, I wouldn't pursue this opportunity. Their loss.
