A straight forward interview - an initial telephone call going over previous experience. Considering that despite a few times chasing I didn't hear back at all from Nourish3d about whether they were going to proceed with my application despite assurances I would hear something the following week. I saw the job re-advertised on Indeed the following week after my interview - safe to assume I wasn't shortlisted. I've also spoken with a few acquaintances within the HR network in the West Midlands and they had the same experience as I did - no responses to follow up messages. I understand you may have had a lot of applicants, however it's common courtesy to at least inform you that haven't made it to the next stage instead of radio silence.
