Entretien
1. FirstMind assessment (personality, etc), not that difficult
2. First screening interview with the HR basic questions like tell about yourself, really focused on your personality
3. Analytical Cognitive Raven Asessment - standard Raven Assessment, prepare before
4. Final Case Study Interview, followed by questions from senior team - Case Study on identifying various suppliers and finding the best one.

Question 1
At the first stage, questions were standard.
At the last stage, questions were more personal:
Why cant you find a job if you are a smart candidate?
Why didn't you have a standard experience (big 4, consulting, banking, etc)?
Why did not you stay at one job for a long time?
Process was very light touch, there were 2 intro interviews before one final in person one.
The questions themselves were easy but management was unorganised with long response times .
