Initially, I did a phone interview with HR. They were quite helpful and at the end of the interview we had scheduled to do an interview with the market director for the area. The second interview reiterated what was discussed in the first interview, but also went into more details as to my personal goals and personality traits. At the end of the second interview I was told that they wanted an in person interview. HR then contacted me and we set up the appointment and details for the did face-to-face interview. The process was quite fast, and honestly, it was only because I was also applying to other places that the process took longer (otherwise they'd probably have gone through the whole interview process much faster.

First I was screened by a recruiter looking to know more about me, my current job, and what I was looking for at NOVA. Then I met with a regional director who asked me more clinically based questions. Finally I toured a NOVA facility where I got to meet my future co-workers.

You have about 2 phone interviews with various management and PT staff and then are brought in for an in-person interview that takes about 1-2 hours. The in-person interview is when you are shown around the facility and are able to meet the other staff members, as well as talk to the market director and are shown the EMR. Overall, a very laid back process and nothing too difficult.
