The process was very clean and well structured. The initial interview with the talent partner was a great introduction, and the HR partner was knowledgeable about the role and provided clear details about the company, benefits, and team structure.
I was then invited to speak with the hiring manager, who made me feel comfortable and gave me the space to talk through my experience. Following that, I attended an in-person interview where I met the wider team. One thing that really stood out was how passionate everyone was about the company and the problems they are trying to solve.
