Procedure was standard in my opinion. Started with an introductory phone call with a marketing director for the region which then led to a zoom call with an area director for the specific location I was looking at. The person interviewing me gave me a run down off how the zoom call was going to go and allowed room within for any questions or opportunities to freely express myself as well.
