Interview process was beyond extensive! For some reason they had me talk to anyone they thought I might be working with - I think I spoke to 11 different employees! It was a huge time commitment and I can't imagine that once we got past 4-5 employees it was adding value for anyone. That said, they are people-focused.

Entretien
Straightforward and direct, and the interviewer was thoughtful, intelligent, and honest about what the position entailed and the demands of working at a growing company. This was helpful as I considered the role and what impacts it could have on my career and opportunity set.
