A long process. Applied, then called in for testing, then called in for interview, then called in for a second interview, then weeks later a call with an offer. Overall it was a 4 month process. Basic questioning during all interviewing. A lot of safety related questions and behavioral situations.

Great people. Asked a few experience questions in the first interview. Then asked a few cultural questions in the second. They seem to be looking more for character than specific skill, which I think is great.

Easy and laid back interview process. Seemed very honest and straightforward. Quick to notify whether you got the job or not. HR and plant manager seemed very nice and accommodating.
