Following my first meeting with HR, they assigned me the project (Web API) described below:
1)Fetch Data per Call: Endpoint to retrieve data on request.
2)Periodic Update: Scheduled task to refresh data regularly.
3)Database Wallet Storage: Save fetched data in a structured "wallet" in the DB.
Bonus:
1)Cache Mechanism: Cache data to reduce fetch frequency.
2)API Call Limit: Rate-limit calls per user/IP.

After the first call with HR, I had an interview with the technical manager, then I had to build a project with a fire and forget process to database and after that, discuss it with devs. They seemed satisfied.

On the last step I was told I could not work remotely (even though they had told me so). I had to raise my salary expectations because of that so I did not get an offer.
