Laid back meeting with the owner in a one on one setting, then followup with a team interview. Small team culture, very collaborative and very positive. loved the team, geeks, gamer and amazing developers.

Focus was on questions about personality and team fit more than skill set. They dont mind taking on jr candidates and helping them get some real world experance.
