You go though 2 rounds of interviews. The first one is a different branch because they will tell you, you have to float between both offices your first year. You speak with 2 mangers each interview. They ask very targeted questions about your background. A week later after the second interview they do not call you back. You would have to call them and then get ahold of the hiring manager then they will let you know if you got the job or not.
