Pathetic, hopeless....
better to work in a BPO.
none of the employee have any kind of respect towards each other,
peons call Hitler, Fakir-don and mostly use bad words at the back of hr and other senior management people
lack of management, and most hopeless thing is that they demand to keep your passport or your blank signed bank cheque for bond purpose
first interviewed by HR, knowing I was applying for the Business analyst position, he was indirectly forcing me to apply for the developer post.
when I refused he said to give apti test on next day,
apti was very easy,
after clearing apti, he said that on next day I have to clear written technical test which will include hard core coding question of java and vb .net.
technical test was bit hard for me as I had least interest in coding.
after clearing technical interview,
I was said that I would be interviewed by sr. business analyst on the next day,
he was not at all interested in asking questions,
he just asked few questions on family background, subject names of the latest education, and what was the syllabus of the subjects.
he said I cleared the round and would be interviewed by sr. technical person on the next day.
I had an intuition that the all process is going for hiring a developer under the name of business analyst, but i kept quiet and said lets see what happens.
Next day the technical person started asking me all about coding, why do we use for loop, what is try catch, and more hard core programming questions; and at the end he said me to write a code for client server communication in java.
some how I wrote the code.
After that he said I will be interviewed by the CEO of the company next day.
The CEO asked few basic programming and banking questions and said you are not fit for the business analyst job and then afterwards said you look hard working, let me talk to the hr and other person about you. we will get back to you as soon as possible.
after 2 days I got a mail saying I was selected for the post of developer.
If all they want was a developer than they should have stated that earlier only, unnecessarily wastage of my time.
