The hiring process consisted of four stages: - A conversation with the professional who presented the opportunity - A conversation with HR focused on behavioral questions - Technical challenge - A presentation of my technical project to two professionals with technical background

The first initial interview went fine. Then I received a take-home assignment that took many hours to complete, followed by a 1.5-hour Gorilla test. During the third stage, the interviewers showed up over 30 minutes late without any notice. After that – complete silence. No feedback, no response at all, despite the significant time I invested in the process. Overall, it left a very bad impression – a clear lack of respect for the candidate and no communication whatsoever after multiple stages. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time on this process.
