Low key was a bait n switch. Heard about position from staffing agency, had enjoyable phone interview with senior member. Was asked to come to office interview. The interview times and people I was planned to meet with changed a bit, waited for an additional half hour. Skyped with one member from the interview board meeting. Then meet with 4 of the team members, each meeting me in pairs for 30ish min. When meeting with second pair, AVP asked me if I wanted to be considered for a role I did not want or was aware of.
