Did a screener interview with the HR person and then an interview with the hiring manager in October. The interviews were a couple weeks apart. I haven't heard a peep from them since. Nothing. Not to say there are next steps or not to say I didn't get it. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't take the job now under any circumstances and will never work with them as a consultant.
It was a very strange process where they asked very few questions about me or my background over the span of two 30 min calls. As someone in sales for 10 years and gone through multiple sales interview processes, it felt like they were only looking for information about my current role to get intel on my book of business (which is a target of theirs). Competitors or not, I left with a really bad taste in my mouth about it.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Numerator (Chicago, IL) en avr. 2019

Great interview experience. The VP of HR & Talent did a fantastic job facilitating the interview process and was very communicative about each step even taking time on a Saturday to chat with me. There is an initial assessment, but it was straightforward and not a huge time investment. It's not an easy interview process, but Numerator is investing a lot of time and effort on their end to ensure hires are successful. Everyone in the People organization seemed to really care about building a positive culture. Also, had great conversations with the CPO and CEO who were completely transparent about the vision for the organization. The timing wasn't right for me to make a move, but I'm glad I entertained this opportunity.
