Entretien
The interview was quite easy. First was over the phone, they ask a few questions and ask for your availability to come into the office. Then an invitation to the office. questions were easy.
Telephonic interview followed by in office interview, which involves reading script over a mock telephone call. this was a group test. purpose was to check how i answered the call, courtesy and and my ability to stick to the script plus impromptu rebuttals.

phone interview with someone from people & culture, then another phone interview with director of people & culture, was asked "what is your favourite movie?" to which I would suggest answering cleverly

They called me in for an in-person interview. The interview was quite short. Ask general interview questions. Tell me about yourself and what you want to do.
It took about 2 weeks. I got hired right away after the interview.
