The first interview starts is through a phone screening where they ask you common interview questions. Then they send you an assignment and personality quiz which makes an assumption about you based on how you answer them. The assignment was focused on excel including pivot tables, and vlookup. Then a final interview is held virtually with a group. The hiring team is more interested in hiring people that had previously worked the role they’re hiring for. They don’t seem open to training people with similar experiences. The interview questions are more role focused and ask about multiple experiences in a similar role, it almost felt repetitive. The pay they were offering for beginner was $55k, after interviewing with other companies that’s the lowest salary I’ve been quoted. I liked that it was only 2 interviews.
