Phone screening with an assoicate and then another call with the Director. Depending on how that call went they will set up a onsite with the Director and CMO. Very down to earth team and didn't seem to have any ego's, just wanted quality team players to invest in. I recommend this company to anyone seeking a simple no pressure interview process.
