First interview was well structured, I was asked about my knowledge of the project, examples of my experiences, and how I would deal with certain scenarios. After being notified that I had passed the interview, I was invited to a "quick informal chat" before receiving a job offer. This "informal chat" was actually a second interview, which was both longer and more strenuous than the first. I received a job offer that was £10,000 less than the amount that was discussed prior to the first interview.
