First was by telephone. The recruiter did not act like she wanted to even interview me. Was short, and the recruiter's comment was that "you jump around jobs a lot" and that was about it. Granted I have only had two jobs since I graduated three years ago.

Submitt resume with prior reference. Skype interview. Talked to OD. Phone interview with RVP. In person interview with Operations Director. Take evalution test with Human Resources. Go through offer process

It was great and i like the managers being involved and i got to see the operation - i would like to have 1 interview but they did 2 and i got to see the team
