The interview was on a Monday and it was for a temp to perm position. The interview took no more than 30 minutes. The questions were very easy. The manager asked me to read a page from an MRP and also to read the dimensions off a drawing of a sheet metal part. I received a call later that day to start that Thursday, 3 days later as a contractor.
