So there were total 3 rounds, after clearing all the rounds, and following up back to back with the HR for around 10 days, I got to know that hiring has been freezed in OLX and next update will be given after 3 weeks. After 5 weeks, I received a call again from same HR that for this role they have defreezed the hiring. Had a salary discussion with the HR and then again received a call on the same day that they need to schedule one more final round again with the same hiring manager that already took a final round before hiring freeze. Had a final round again with the same hiring manager and it went well as most of the questions were again strategical questions. Got a call from HR next day and she said interview was for SE in Test 2 role but you have qualified for SE in Test 1 role which is no longer an open position in OLX. Conclusion : I am still not sure why the same final rounds are being conducted twice that too after having a final salary discussion and that too with a person that has already taken an interview before and gave positive feedback in the first place. Overall, it was not at all a smooth interviewing process and was disappointed at the end.
