I had a promising phone interview and a virtual interview that seemingly went well. I was then asked to create some practice designs to show my abilities that I completed and sent with an initial positive reaction. I then went 2 weeks without hearing anything and sent an email back asking about the role, only to be told I had not been selected. The company had full intentions to simply ghost me .
