Two-stage interview: First with the HR department, where there were general questions. The second stage was technical - with the head of the geology and field development department. I was given test questions on several sheets, I solved them and provided the answers to HR. They also asked questions regarding my responsibilities at that time and what production stimulation techniques I implemented & applied at the oilfields.
