Entretien
Cv en motivatie brief is de eerste stap in het proces. Cognitieve testen en daarna heb je een call met HR. De voorlaatste stap is een diepgaand sollicitatie gesprek. Hierna is er een assessment day bij Ormit.

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez ORMIT (Bruxelles) en juin 2020
Entretien
1) Telefonische kennismaking
2) numerieke, abstracte en verbale test
3) filmpjes maken waar je verteld waarom je voor dat traineeship kiest, wat je ervan verwacht ..
4) business case over een onderwerp naar keuze
CV en motivatie, assessment, gesprekken en dag op hoofdkantoor. Dag op hoofdkantoor was pittig maar ook een van de leerzaamste ervaringen die je tijdens solliciteren mee zal maken. Raad aan om goed te slapen van tevoren!
