Entretien
The interview comes after you finish the written test. usually the interview panel is composed by 3 or more persons. The whole interview was about 40-50 minutes long. They usually ask up to 5 competency based questions.

Written test and interview with 3 or 4 persons panel; written test is tailored to each job oppening; practical skills depending on level of complexity e.g. draft resume of a document, draft official letter; based on activities prepare budget;

Video interviews with 5 panelists , was around 30 minutes.
Also I had a Written test for 1 hour ( translation) writing article to Facebook and creating budget for event.

Entretien
The interview was long, almost 1.5 hours with a panel of 4 people (project manager, another project manager HR representative and another project assistant). Quiet intimidating, very thorough and with a practical test to follow. It was experience based.
