Had multiple interviews (technically they were meant to be only 3 but one of the interviews was so long that we essentially picked up at a later day). One of the things that "won" me was the resourcing process. Their HR department were really nice to deal with, including sending me good luck wishes right before each interview. They also kept me in the loop on the process, including letting me know that they would have an update for me the following week right before the weekend. It was a nice touch and I really enjoyed the process.
