Entretien
Got interview invite from recruiter, which mentioned 2 rounds(no coding). Interview was scheduled on weekends next week after the call. After reaching office, got to know that first a coding round will be there. Coding had 2 questions of medium difficulty - sliding window and binary search in an array of string. After clearing first round, round 2 started. It was completely Java based. Total of around 8-9 questions were there. I replied almost all of them correctly except one of Function interface in lambda expression. Walked out very confident and thinking of third round, but to my surprise I wasn't selected. I have given many interviews and got offers and I knew this was not a bad interview where I missed some concept, got blank, or fumbled stuff I knew. Was very confident of clearing the round, but I seems like Interviewer decided that the one question I didn't answer had more weightage than all the other answers I gave correctly. Total waste of time and energy.

2. Given a sorted arraylist of words, find if an input word is present in list or not, in log(n) time.

All rounds were face to face. HR invite for interview or the call mentioned only 2 rounds,1 technical and 1 managerial. But to the surprise, after reaching for interview got to know about coding round. First round coding- 2 questions, both medium level difficulty. One based on sliding window and other as binary sort. After clearing first round, second round Total 8 java based questions, 7 of which I answered correctly . But to my surprise, rejected. Total waste of Time and energy, especially because I know about bad interviews where you fumble or don't know stuff. This wasn't one. It was on whim of an interviewer who decided that not knowing answer to one question was a bigger deal than answering all others correctly.

Entretien
I have never had such bad interview experience with any other firm. They had 3 rounds of interview as below: R1 Technical R2 Technical R3 Managerial I cleared all the interview rounds and was asked to share the documents for offer generation. After sharing the documents, the recruiters stopped sharing any updates about the offer and kept stalling for 2-3 weeks. At last, after multiple follow ups they told that they can't go ahead with offer generation as they have had a bad experience with one of the employees of my firm. Its disappointing to know about this towards the end of the interview process. If they had their doubts then they should have pointed them before going ahead with the interview process. I hope my experience help others who are looking forward to join OSTTRA or appear for its interview process. Be careful with what you choose for your career.

They asked some fundamental questions about core Java and new features of Java 8 and applications of design patterns and principles. They gave simple codeing problem. Some questions were asked about Multithreading.
