The first step of the interview process was an arranged video chat with the director, then an in-person interview was extended to tour the location now hiring and perform a practical facial.

Question 1
They asked about desired pay rate. They offer a standard hourly of $25 plus a very small percentage of commission per service, but I guess all the benefits and perks make up for the lower pay scale.
interviewed with several people, took them over 3 weeks to get back to me about moving forward. not ideal when looking for a job.. interviews were all over the place.

Entretien
Had a phone interview - asked about my consultation process, procedures I had done in the aesthetics industry. Overall, seems like a good opportunity for someone just getting started in aesthetics but not for more experienced. The training track would be very appealing if I was just starting, however the pay is very low compared to what I have been getting paid as an esthetician.
