1st part: technical screening for about 30 minutes, basic C#/.Net questions;
2nd part: technical interview for about 2 hours with questions based around code review (and regarding themes), can be 1 small coding task

write a "throttler" to some kind of web api, which sends defined number of parallel requests to this api
