One in person interview. Asked behavioral questions about how I learned from previous self starting experiences, determined if I was good fit for the culture. Reasonable questions and straightforward hiring process.

Have you had any sales or business experience in the past?
Face to face, there were a lot of scenarios given on how you would sell one of their products. Last scenario was the boss giving me a pencil and asking me to sell it to him.

Entretien
Applied online, then received a call to set up an in person interview at the store where I was asked the basic interview questions. It was informal and easy. Was offered the job very shortly after.
