round 1 phone interview. Im a white male and this woman used the word "diversity" about 300 times in the first few sentences. she is of afro descent. i asked what her favorite part of the culture was, her answer was "diversity" i asked her what her favorite part of her job was, she said "diversity" she was clearly not giving me a chance because im a white male and shes racist. she burped loudly and took a phone call in the middle of the interview and didnt even apologize. extremely unprofessional and rude. this company will be in the toilet very quickly with people like that. good luck, Oatey!
