They reached out to me for a role. I interviewed, and completed all the steps. When it came down to final decision making I was rejected based off technical experience. If this was such a strong qualifier than it should have been included in the assessment or brought up once during interviews (it wasn't). Additionally, I was poached and they knew my background, so why waste each others time? Bizarre experience.
