2. Technical + live code exercise with a developer and Human Resources.

Live code challenge. Time 30 mins.
Create a URL shortener using some provided SEED that reduces "significantly" the original URL length.
It was very agile and comprehensive, I had contact with someone every step to check for questions and ask about the next steps. They've helped me achieve what the client needed.

Entretien
Inicialmente fue una entrevista tecnica con un especialista en las tecnologias relacionadas de 45 minutos y 15 minutos de preguntas sobre soft skills y experiencia previa. Posteriormente una entrevista de 60 minutos con el cliente: Dev manager y lider tecnico en la misma llamada.
Al final una entrevista de 30 minutos con RH, sin preguntas tecnicas, principalmente para validar el tipo de contrato.
