Generally a posting will be online via their company portal or linked on Glassdoor. Upon your submission you will be contacted by the Community Liaison Director to schedule an interview if you meet the standards/expectations. My process began with a phone interview with the Liaison Director at the time and transpired to a face to face with that individual and the CEO. They make an offer that day with, initially, negotiable salary and the fastest onboarding I've ever experienced.
