A nice 30 minute interview, three supervisors, very calm setting, not to intimidating. They asked me questions about my experience in the field, the asked if I believed I could do the job, they were firing the question at me but I fired back with great answers.

telephone interview, zoom interview, then if you do well they will ask to come shadow for an hour and if you like it and they like you, you will get a job offer

Entretien
Received call from recruiter a week after applying, who conducted a telephone screening to review experience. Then the hiring manager called to set up in person interview. It was a panel with manager and supervisor. Very pleasant experience and questions were not difficult, very customer service focused.

Entretien
The interview process was fine. They didn't ask hard questions. Just simple questions like strengths vs weaknesses and issues with coworkers. If you are invited for a second interview they would like a job shadow. Where you go in and sit with someone who does the job you are applying to.
