The interview process was quick, it took only 15 days from when I applied for the job to getting an offer. The process was pretty standard: 30min with the recruiter, 45min with a team-member to go through previous experience, why Octopus etc, and a last the Director of Operations in a similar style. Octopus even set up a call with their Head of Talent upon request to discuss the business as a whole and the culture they thrive for. I ended up getting a more senior role in another company, which was not an open-role at the time at Octopus, and is the only reason I declined.

Sehr positive Gesprächsatmosphäre! Die Interviewer waren locker, zugänglich und gut vorbereitet. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass wirklich auf meine Antworten eingegangen wurde, anstatt nur einen Standard-Fragenkatalog abzuarbeiten. Ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt wertgeschätzt gefühlt.
