I flew in for an interview and met with (4) people. Between everyone I was maybe asked 4-5 questions like how are you this morning, how did you sleep last night, when do you need to catch your flight, etc. Then I sat for 5 hours total between everyone while they blabbed on and on and on about nothing. I could have just as easily used a cardboard cutout of myself or taken a nap. FYI it doesn't change if you accept an offer.

It was a joke. The interview was unorganized. Most of the interviewers did not have time to see me and I really just wasted my time by flying in to the office. They didn't really ask questions just talked at me.
