Two online interviews, each with two members of staff. Assessment test was done offline in between the two interviews. The two interviewers were not director level, one was a project manager and one a senior implementation consultant.

Two video calls with two interviewers each time. Not too taxing, More around the skills needed and the clearance required to work on government clients. But did use the usual questions around how to deal with adversity and what successes you've had in previous roles.

Would you be able to pass government Security Clearance
Phone then in person interview, situated on site. This then involved speaking to multiple people about roles past and present to garner and understanding of the candidates journey up till this point.
