Telephone interview followed by face-face interview with internal recruiter and one of the managers.
The interview with the internal recruiter was helpful as I received feedback at the end which helped me going into the next stage of the process.

An initial screening call with an internal recruiter lasting 20 minutes. Then a short video interview on teams running through your CV and why you want to get into recruitment and finally an interview win person with three including the founder
