Fully Online and with an Ai interview model, very standard and comprehensive. Lacks human touch so feels like filling out a survey about yourself. Impressed by the advancement in Ai Interview Technology but it really felt strange.

Mainly Behavioural with little technical regarding economic understanding on the market, lumber and the corresponding factors that affect the price movement. However mainly behavioural, they are looking for a client facing, well spoken person
