The Managing Director was more interested in project management experience and the kind of courses that I had taken during my undergraduate years wherein the manager went deeper into the technical aspects of what I had done in my final year project at the university.

Prestage: There will be an application form that you have to fill in Stage 1: There is a written test about Strength and Weakness and leadership abilities.
